We recently noticed a dude who literally went from machine to machine and simply sat at the device for a few minutes before moving to the next one. He never attempted to lift, pull or push anything. He just sat down then got up. The man is apparently easing into his routine very slowly. His warm-up exercises probably consist of imagining calisthenics.
